As part of its ongoing drive to nurture and recognise the best talent, Leeds-based global executive search consultancy, Spencer Riley has this week promoted both Luke Difiori-Hughes and Matt Wood to the position of senior executive search consultant.
Matt and Luke have only been with the consultancy for around 12 months but have made giant strides in that time, supporting the company in overseeing board level and senior technical and commercial permanent placements in their specialist sectors.
Since coming on board, Matt has achieved excellent results and established strong client and candidate relationships within facilities management and building services, whilst Luke has made similar progress within the fire and security sector.
Commenting on the two new promotions, Spencer Riley founder and managing director, Scott Ellam, said:
“The people who make up our team now and those who join in the future are the most important factor to our businesses success now and delivering on our ambitious objectives. The key to our sustained growth is not just about finding and recruiting the best new talent but about developing, acknowledging, and rewarding existing members of the team who continue to excel and achieve their personal goals.
“Both Luke and Matt have demonstrated real progression since joining and their promotions are recognition of their continued success, tenacity, knowledge and expertise within their specialist sectors and ability to go that extra mile for both clients and candidates.
“People are at the heart of everything we do at Spencer Riley, with Matt and Luke building on the vibrant culture we’ve created and closely aligning with the long-term vision we have for the business, both within the UK and globally. If you are thinking about a career as an executive search consultant then, at Spencer Riley, I am confident that this is the best place to train, develop, to realise your ambitions and to succeed.”
