Ben has over 17 years’ experience in recruitment across the European, Middle Eastern, US, and Asia Pacific regions and an extensive global network across Tax, Transfer Pricing, Corporate Finance/M&A, Transaction Services, Valuations, Audit, BPO/Business Transformation, and Risk disciplines.

As the Head of Professional Services within Spencer Riley, Ben is responsible for setting the strategic goals and objectives for the Division, driving team and business growth, managing key relationships, and working hands-on to deliver and resolve client recruitment requirements and challenges.

Recruitment project history encompasses both individual and team moves within both Consulting and Industry, from Manager through to Head of/Partnership level.
