A leading provider of environmental services is collaborating with us, and we are currently seeking a Business Development Manager to join their growing team. The role will focus on driving new business development, managing client accounts, and supporting service delivery across environmental services, industrial cleaning, and waste management solutions. This position requires a proactive, results-driven professional with a strong hunter mindset and proven ability to build deep, long-term client partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across industrial, manufacturing, utility, fuel terminal, and commercial sectors
• Manage and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention
• Provide consultative sales support on regulatory compliance and waste management strategies
• Develop and present high-impact proposals, contracts, and customised pricing
• Stay current on industry trends, environmental regulations, and competitor activity
• Partner closely with the Branch Manager to develop and execute a strategic sales plan that builds a robust pipeline and drives sustainable regional growth

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience in environmental services, waste management, or a closely related industry
• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Business, or a related field (preferred)
• Proven track record of developing and closing complex, high-value sales opportunities
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in CRM tools and sales tracking systems
• Willingness to travel up to 30% within the tri-state territory
