Business Development Manager (Environmental Services) - FL

A leading provider of environmental services is collaborating with us, and we are currently seeking a Business Development Manager to join their growing team. The role will focus on driving new business development, managing client accounts, and supporting service delivery across environmental services, industrial cleaning, and waste management solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across industrial, manufacturing, utility, fuel terminal, and commercial sectors
• Manage and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention
• Provide consultative sales support on regulatory compliance and waste management strategies
• Collaborate with operations teams to ensure seamless and effective service delivery
• Develop and present proposals, contracts, and customised pricing
• Stay current on industry trends, environmental regulations, and competitor activity
• Consistently achieve or exceed sales, revenue, and profitability targets

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience in environmental services, waste management, or a closely related industry
• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Business, or a related field (preferred)
• Demonstrated success in developing and closing complex sales opportunities
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in CRM tools and sales tracking systems
• Willingness to travel up to 30%
