We are collaborating with a multibillion-dollar facilities services company and are currently seeking a Business Development Manager (BDM) to join their growing team. The role will focus on hunting new business and expanding existing accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in the facilities management sector
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets
• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activity, and potential new clients
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients
• Collaborate with internal operations and service delivery teams to ensure seamless onboarding
• Track sales metrics, prepare reports, and provide regular updates to senior management
Qualifications:
• Minimum 5 years of business development or sales experience within facilities management, property services, or a related sector
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
• Proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets and growing accounts
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to travel up to 40% within the assigned region
