Spencer Riley is collaborating with Temperature Controlled Packaging manufacturer, and we are currently seeking a Business Development Manager to join their growing team. The position will be focused on New Business Development whilst maintaining and growing existing client relationships. Previous experience in Pharma/Life Science Cold Chain is vital and knowledge of Clinical Studies is desirable. The region this position covers is the Midwest, but not limited to specific states.

Key Responsibilities:

·      Meets with prospective clients to build awareness of temperature controlled packaging solutions with clients and achieve revenue objectives

·      Develops and maintains long-term relationships and business with new and existing customers.

·      Encourages the adoption of new temperature controlled packaging solutions  

·      Works with Partners and internal teams to produce bespoke selling solutions to Pharma & Life Science clientele

Qualifications:

·      Minimum 3 years of experience in Pharma Cold Chain  

·      Minimum 2 years of experience in a Sales position  

·      Proven experience in Consultative selling

·      Willingness to travel up to 50%
