Salary: $100,000 - $150,000 Base, x2 OTE - depending on experience.
Spencer Riley is collaborating with a rapidly expanding organisation in the temperature compliance sector, and we are currently seeking an Enterprise Sales Director to join their growing team. The position will focus on securing new enterprise business, developing C-suite relationships, and managing strategic accounts across high-growth regions. The region this position covers includes, but is not limited to, the following markets: East Coast US, Central US, West Coast US and expanding North American territories.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end enterprise sales cycles within pharma, biotech, and healthcare logistics
• Develop and execute strategic commercial plans to drive regional and global expansion
• Build and maintain senior stakeholder and C-suite relationships across key accounts
• Identify partnership, channel, and scaling opportunities in target markets
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, compliance, and marketing teams
• Accurately forecast pipeline and deliver against ambitious revenue targets
• Represent the organisation at industry events, conferences, and thought-leadership forums
Qualifications:
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in GxP-regulated environments (e.g., cold storage, cold chain monitoring, stationary monitoring, clinical research refrigeration, etc.)
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field (preferred)
• Proven experience in enterprise SaaS sales or compliance/monitoring technology solutions
• Proficient in CRM systems and modern sales enablement tools
• Willingness to travel up to 30–40%
