Facades Designer

Location: East Yorkshire.
Industry: Facades.
Salary: £40,000-£50,000 + additional benefits – depending on experience.

Spencer Riley is collaborating with a Facades contractor, and we are currently seeking a Facades Designer to join their growing team. The position will be focused on designing Facades elements including curtain walling, cladding, windows and doors.

Key Responsibilities:

-       Liaise with architects and main contractors.

-       Produce drawings to attain construction status approval.

-       Produce schedules for processing and procurement department.

-       Liaison with facade engineers and procurement team

-       Support the submission of project technical documentation.

-       Contribute towards product design and system design development

Qualifications:

-       Bachelors degree would be ideal

-       Façade Engineering – not essential, but advantageous
