Spencer Riley is collaborating with a global aviation interiors specialist and we are currently seeking a Key Account Manager to join their team. The role is focused on managing global accounts with leading aircraft OEMs and seating manufacturers, supporting both existing partnerships and new business development. The region this position covers includes Europe, North America, and key global aviation hubs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for major OEM and seating manufacturer accounts(e.g., Airbus, Boeing, Safran, Collins).
• Develop and implement account strategies to support long-term customer relationships and revenue growth.
• Coordinate closely with internal teams across sales, product, engineering and operations to align with client needs.
• Attend international trade shows, on-site customer meetings, and internal strategic sessions.
• Identify and pursue new opportunities within existing accounts and adjacent customer segments.
Qualifications:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in aviation interiors, aerospace manufacturing, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Aviation, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven track record in key account management, especially with OEMs and tier-1 suppliers.
• Proficient in CRM tools and comfortable with complex global account structures.
• Willingness to travel internationally up to 40% of the time.
