Partner – Healthcare Advisory

Spencer Riley is collaborating with a global advisoryboutique to recruit a Partner – Healthcare Advisory for their U.S. HealthcareAdvisory practice. The position will be focused on originating and leadinghigh-value strategic advisory engagements, managing C-suite and Board-levelclient relationships, and driving thought leadership in the healthcare sector.The role covers the entire U.S. market, with flexibility to operate from anylocation.

Key Responsibilities:

·      Originate and lead strategic advisoryengagements for health systems, academic medical centers, health plans,private-equity-backed platforms, digital health companies, andbiopharma/services clients.  

·      Develop and execute strategies in growth,mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, value-based care, digital & AItransformation, operational turnarounds, and private-equity portfolio valuecreation.  

·      Build and maintain C-suite and Board-levelclient relationships.  

·      Mentor and develop high-performing teams whilecontributing to the firm’s U.S. and global healthcare thought-leadershipagenda.  

Qualifications:

·      Minimum 12–20+ years of experience in healthcarestrategy consulting or relevant industry operating roles.  

·      Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g.,Business, Healthcare Administration, or Life Sciences) preferred; advanceddegree (MBA, MD, or similar) advantageous.

·      Proven track record of generating portablerevenues of $3m–$8m+ from top-tier strategy houses, Big 4 advisory, or boutiquehealthcare firms.  

·      Deep expertise in at least one of: healthsystems & providers, health insurance/payers, life sciences/services, orprivate-equity healthcare investing.  

·      Strong network and reputation within the U.S.healthcare ecosystem.  

·      Entrepreneurial mindset with proficiency inclient relationship management and complex advisory delivery.  

·      Willingness to travel up to 25–50% (asneeded).
