Salary: $210,000 - $240,000 Base + Up to 35% Bonus + Car Allowance + Benefits

Spencer Riley is collaborating with a global leader within cold chain in-transit monitoring and GxP temperature compliance, and we are currently seeking a President & CEO to join their leadership team. The position will be focused on shaping long-term global strategy, overseeing commercial and operational performance, and expanding presence across regulated life science supply chains. The region this position covers includes, but is not limited to, the United States and Canada.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership to accelerate global growth and market penetration
• Oversee organisational performance across commercial, financial, and operational areas
• Strengthen market position within environmental and cold chain monitoring for GxP compliance
• Build and develop high-performing executive and functional leadership teams
• Lead expansion into new regions, verticals, and strategic partnership channels
• Represent the organisation with customers, regulators, investors, and industry bodies
• Drive innovation and product roadmap alignment with market and regulatory demands
• Ensure sustained profitability, scalability and long-term business sustainability

Qualifications:

• Minimum 10+ years of leadership experience within pharmaceutical, biotech, or GxP-regulated industries
• Prior C-suite or P&L leadership experience (President, CEO, COO, or equivalent)
• Proven success scaling global organisations within environmental monitoring, cold chain, or compliance technology
• Strong commercial acumen with experience driving international revenue growth
• Skilled in strategic planning, change leadership, and organisational development
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 40%
