A leading embedded software company is collaborating with a pioneering autonomous and electric freight mobility organization, and we are currently seeking a Sales Director to join their growing team. The position will be focused on hunting for new business, building and managing key customer accounts, and driving adoption of embedded software solutions for intelligent transport systems. The region this position covers includes, but is not limited to, Germany, Sweden, the Netherlands, and other Central European markets.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Define and lead a strategic sales plan targeting embedded software needs for autonomous and electric mobility platforms.

·       Drive new business opportunities and establish strong relationships with OEMs, Tier 1suppliers, and logistics operators.

·       Lead the sales cycle from prospecting through to negotiation and deal closure.

·       Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and delivery teams to ensure technical alignment and customer satisfaction.

·       Represent the company at leading mobility, automotive, and technology conferences.

Qualifications:

·      Minimum 8–10 years of experience in embedded systems, automotive technology, or freight innovation sectors.

·      Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).

·      Proven experience in B2B technology sales, especially with complex or regulated products.

·      Proficient in CRM tools and experienced in solution-based selling.

·      Willingness to travel up to 40–50%.
