A leading Swiss-based energy storage business is collaborating with a strategic partner and we are currently seeking a Sales Director to join their growing team. The position will be focused on securing new business opportunities, managing strategic accounts, and executing commercial growth strategies. The region this position covers includes, but is not limited to, Switzerland, Germany, Austria, France, and other European markets.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute sales strategies to grow market share and revenue in targeted regions.
• Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities with utilities, developers, EPCs and industrial clients.
• Build and lead a high-performing sales team aligned with company growth targets.
• Negotiate commercial contracts and manage complex sales cycles.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with technical and project teams to tailor customer solutions.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.

Qualifications:
• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in the energy sector, preferably with a focus on energy storage or renewables.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Energy Management, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven track record in B2B sales, managing strategic accounts, and closing high-value deals.
• Proficient in CRM tools and sales pipeline management platforms.
• Willingness to travel up to 40–50% across Europe and occasionally globally.
