Sales Manager – Poland (Breathing and Face Protection)

Spencer Riley is collaborating with an established respirator and breathing protection company seeking an experienced Sales Manager to expand across Poland. The position will focus on driving new business opportunities, selling through distribution partners, managing and nurturing client relationships, and delivering customised PPE and breathing protection solutions across a defined region.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute a country sales plan to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with new clients, understanding their safety needs and offering tailored solutions across a range of breathing protection products.
· Identify and engage new business opportunities in industrial and related sectors.
· Conduct product presentations to showcase the advantages of a diverse range of offerings, including safety masks, testing kits, respirators and specialized PPE.
· Collaborate with international teams to ensure timely order fulfilment and address customer feedback.
· Stay updated on industry trends, safety standards, and competitive offerings to establish the company as a trusted partner in PPE.

Qualifications:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in selling a range PPE or safety products.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a client-focused approach.
- Self-starter with strong organisational and territory management abilities.
- Familiarity with PPE standards and workplace safety requirements.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
