Senior Project Manager, Construction / Façade Engineering

Salary: €90,000 to €120,000 + benefits – depending on experience

Spencer Riley is collaborating with one of the world’s leading Facades contractors, and we are currently seeking a Senior Project Manager – Facade Construction to join their growing team. The position will be focused on overseeing the delivery of complex unitised curtain walling and bespoke façade systems on large commercial and high-rise developments. The region this position covers includes, but is not limited to, Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of major façade projects

• Manage project teams, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders

• Ensure quality, safety, and timeline adherence across all phases

• Liaise with clients, consultants, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution

• Monitor budgets and report on progress and risks to senior leadership

Qualifications:

• Minimum 7 years of experience in façade construction or building envelopes

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field(preferred)

• Proven experience in managing large-scale facade projects, ideally across international markets

• Proficient in project management tools and façade-specific software

• Willingness to travel up to 40–60% of the time within the DACH region
