Territory Sales Manager - PPE Workwear (Poland)

Salary: €50,000 - €70,000 + 20% Commission Bonus & Company Car – depending on experience.

Spencer Riley is collaborating with an established PPE company seeking a Territory Sales Manager to expand into South and West Poland. The position will focus on driving new business opportunities, managing and nurturing client relationships, and delivering customised PPE solutions. The region this position covers includes, but is not limited to, the following areas: Krakow, Lublin, Powstancow Slaskich and Katowice.

Key Responsibilities:

·      Develop and execute a territory sales plan to achieve and exceed revenue targets.

·      Build and maintain strong relationships with new clients, understanding their safety needs and offering tailored solutions across a range of PPE clothing.

·      Identify and engage new business opportunities in industrial and automotive sectors.

·      Conduct product presentations to showcase the advantages of a diverse range of offerings, including safety footwear, protective gloves, disposable solutions, and specialized workwear.

·      Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfilment and address customer feedback.

·      Stay updated on industry trends, safety standards, and competitive offerings to establish the company as a trusted partner in PPE.

Qualifications:

·      Minimum 3-5years of experience in selling a range PPE or safety workwear.

·      Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a client-focused approach.

·      Self-starter with strong organisational and territory management abilities.

·      Familiarity with PPE standards and workplace safety requirements.

·      Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
