The position will be focused on driving global commercial strategy, scaling worldwide revenue growth and leading enterprise sales across pharmaceutical and life science markets within GxP-regulated environmental monitoring.

Spencer Riley is collaborating with a leading environmental GxP monitoring solutions organisation, and we are currently seeking a VP of Global Sales to join their growing team. The position will focus on leading global sales strategy, expanding enterprise market penetration, and developing strategic partnerships across key life science and regulated industries. The region this position covers includes, but is not limited to, North America, Europe and emerging international markets.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and scale global commercial strategy across pharmaceutical and biotech sectors
Drive enterprise new-business acquisition and large-scale account expansion
• Build, develop, and manage a high-performing international sales organisation
• Establish and nurture C-suite and senior stakeholder relationships across global accounts
• Identify new market opportunities, channel partnerships, and strategic growth pathways
• Collaborate with product, operations, and regulatory teams to align with market needs
• Deliver accurate forecasting, revenue reporting, and achievement of aggressive growth targets
• Represent the organisation at global industry events, conferences and advisory forums

Qualifications:
Minimum 10+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or GxP-regulated environments
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field (preferred)
• Proven success leading global enterprise sales within environmental monitoring, compliance, or SaaS solutions
• Experience managing international teams and multi-region commercial strategy
• Proficient in CRM platforms and sales performance tools
• Willingness to travel globally up to 40–50% tools
