Leeds-based global executive search consultancy, Spencer Riley has appointed Jackie Parkhill as its new head of marketing, to support its UK and international growth ambitions.

The newly created role will see Jackie spearhead the consultancy’s marketing strategy, encompassing channels such as PR, social media and digital marketing.

Jackie’s 25-year marketing career, predominantly in professional services, spans brand, marketing and business development activities. She will work closely with Spencer Riley’s team of executive search consultants, and managing director, Scott Ellam.

With Spencer Riley operating in territories across the UK, Europe, North America and MENA regions, the marketing focus will be on increasing the consultancy’s profile amongst both clients and candidates at a board and senior technical and commercial level. All with the primary aim of helping clients address skills and talent shortages and other senior-level recruitment pain points across sectors ranging from Construction and Engineering to Pharmaceutical and Logistics.

Jackie Parkhill, newly appointed head of marketing for Spencer Riley, said:
