We sat down with Adam and asked him a few extra questions about his time with Spencer Riley.

A: A small business with a lot of potential for growth, it was a small company with an office in Huddersfield when I joined in 2017
Q: What's been your favourite part of working at Spencer Riley?

Personally – team development and my future plans are to move toward upper management
Business – growth as we expand our teams throughout allied markets, with another wave of expansion soon to take place with more employees joining in Q1 2024
Q: Who's been your biggest inspiration at Spencer Riley?
A: The Managing Director Scott Ellam – back when the company was smaller Scott was my Direct Manager (and still is as our roles have developed as the company has grown).
